Delivered solution
VERSATILE-360-B-Conti machine with metal cover for standard wire chute
To partly eliminate air from the bag, the springs under the cross jaws were used
For better product alignment in Doypack bags, pneumatic vibrator was installed over the cross jaws – it shakes the foil over the product after pouring, preventing it from getting into the cross seal
Machine equipped with in-line zip cut-out, 14 mm in-line zip guides and zip unwinding
Changeover from Doypack to pillow bag takes approx. 1 hour

The quality of Doypack bags produced on vertical machines is comparable to bags on horizontal machines. The result is good-looking doypack bags with no reduction in quality.

GET A PERFECT BAGS FROM LDPE/LDPE FOIL
The outer laminate layer must be weldable to get a well-standing Doypack bag. In this project the foil producer added special glue or paint to achieve the result.
Motorised foil unwinding (VT+) helps to control the foil unwinding (mono foil tends to stretch).
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

- prepared for conversion to cross-zip
- could be easily rebuild to 3-side sealed bags with/without inline zip
- operates at 0+ degrees, requiring the customer to use a dryer to preheat the foil
